I was always searching for the “magic bullet” that’d allow me to make money super fast online. I was never satisfied with any of my current projects and wasted ungodly amounts of time looking for that one secret that would propel me to instant success, unlimited money and a kick ass lifestyle.
Then one day it hit me. All of that (the money, the lifestyle, the online success) is possible when two simple things are in place: 1) Traffic and 2) Conversions
I mean, it really is that simple. Granted, achieving guaranteed website traffic in a quick and easy manner and converting those visitors into instant buyers isn’t exactly “simple.”
But, it was a HUGE relief to snap out of my dreamy funk and realize that I really only had TWO things to work on – getting more traffic to my website and converting that traffic into paying clients. Everything else is just details.
As over-simplified as this sounds, I encourage anyone struggling to make a decent living online to go back to the basics and focus 100% of your efforts on getting more web site traffic and gaining ‘control’ over that traffic, so that they’re essentially putty in your hands when they land on your site (landing page, affiliate’s sales copy, etc).
Drill down and really examine what you’re doing wrong in these two areas; focus on what you should be doing (let’s face it…we all know pretty much what to do to get a lot of traffic, but we’re all too lazy to do it!); and eliminate as many tasks that you spend time on each and every day that have nothing to do with traffic generation and converting.
When you pull back the curtains and take an honest look at your online business and where you’re spending most of your time, money and energy…I think you’ll realize that YOU are your own worst enemy and there’s nothing standing in the way of success but YOU.
Sorry to be harsh, but that’s just the way it is. The quicker you realize this, the quicker you’ll be achieving all of your goals and really living the dot com lifestyle.
In coming posts, we’ll get more into the specific details of how to become a freakin’ rock star when it comes to those two CRUCIAL elements of the online game. For now, eliminate the garbage and start focusing on what really matters.

Increase Web Traffic: An Advanced Article Marketing Tactic, Along With a Freshly Discovered Traffic Boosting Technique and killer [free] video detailing just how this strategy has gotten me thousands of eager visitors…
If you wish to blow up your web page or online business, it’s no secret that you must learn how to drastically increase website traffic, pretty much at will. Not only that, but the visitors you’re driving to your web sites, blogs or affiliate offers should be as targeted as possible.
By both increasing the amount of traffic sent and honing in on your ideal visitor, a lucrative Internet business is sure to follow. The only question is: What is the most suitable way to go about getting more targeted visitors to any website, at any time, and without spending a fortune in doing so?
That’s a challenging one to answer – there are tons of obvious ways to accomplish this, but most of them are either extremely time-consuming or cost a ginormous mound of cash to achieve. Others qualify for both of these downsides, unfortunately.
I’ve dabbled all of the common traffic producing methods and although each has it’s own unique sets of advantages and disadvantages, I would say that I definitely have seen the most from sharing information through articles.
With article marketing, the trick is to hit up the most popular and fastest indexed directories, like Ezine, Isnare, GoArticles, HubPages and WetPaint. Additionally, you can set up a free Blogger or Wordpress blog to give the site a little more uniqueness.
Remember though, that creating a new web-site generally takes a few months before it’s shown any love by the almighty search engine dictator, aka Google. Even with great articles and videos, etc, posted frequently (which, by the way is an absolute must do) and consistent building new links, a new site or blog has to prove itself before acquiring significant page rank or increasing upon it’s Alexa score.
The greatest advice I can give you to take your article marketing to the next level and get the most out of your buck…is to create a massive web-like, very deep seeded linking structure, with everything eventually leading back to your “money page” (which would be your sales page, squeeze page, blog, affiliate’s sales page, etc).
I think where pretty much everyone misses the mark is that they give article marketing a real half-way (I was going to use a different word for “way” but I think you are feeling me) approach. For instance, they might write four so-so articles and publish them to the same directory, or different directories, but with all links pointing back to their money page(s).
A more strategic method would be to have just one of these articles linking to the money page and use the rest to throw some “rank” at that chosen article. This helps to get that specific article indexed faster and climb the organic search results more readily.
It is not unthinkable that a strategy like this could land your “money article” in the top few positions on page one of Google’s natural results.
Yet, more often than not, people tend to give up and decide the added effort isn’t worth it. With the increasing Internet use and the fact that everyone and their mother is seeing just how easy it is to get started online, the competition in most sub-niches is going through the roof.
This means, it’s going to take even more effort with all the proven traffic-influx methods, for you to see impressive results. Remember, if you’re not out there digging deep day in and day out, someone else will be…
I suggest setting a daily goal and aiming to hit that goal for a month (for example…three new articles per day) – in three to four solid weeks, you could be raking in the cheddar and be on the verge of living the true dot com lifestyle.
Sounds pretty simple, but I assure you it takes lots of drive to hammer out quality, original information day in and day out…which is why pretty much everyone fails in the long run, while the others get even richer.
The other day I found a really effective “underground” website traffic technique that sounded way too good to be true…but after watching the video proof, I quickly started to believe in the methods and decided to give it a shot for myself.
Needless to say, I don’t think I’ll be wasting near as much time article marketing and I doubt I EVER waste another red cent on flippin’ PPC and those AdWords thieves!
This simple system is literally like turning on a visitor faucet that pretty much overflows your websites with ready-to-purchase, highly targeted buyers…I know, sounds crazy, but see for yourself…

Boost Traffic Immediately
Are you having trouble figuring out the quickest way to increase website traffic?
Everyone wants to get internet based and start earning a killing, fire their boss and start realizing the “dot com lifestyle.” At least, that’s what I so desperately had to have and dreamed about pretty much nonstop for the first 6 months of my internet based existence. I think I tried every last SEO plan out there, bought loads of “miracle products” that totally didn’t deliver and thought about playing the “I’m so unlucky” card many times.
I mean, I got my butt kicked countless times trying to figure out pay per click, banner advertising and Facebook ads. I’ve spent hundreds of hours studying search engine optimization, writing articles and stalking the forums to gain more backlinks. Granted, all of these methods can work when done correctly…but the on thing they all have in common is that they require either a lot of time, a lot of money…or both!
Not the best thing for those of us (translation = ALL/everyone) who want to boost traffic NOW and take names later (along with that green paper stuff, wink)…
Like I said, most of the free data out there really does work, but it flippin’ takes a lifetime.
There’s so much competing entities these days that not only do you have to be a whiz at on and off-site SEO, link building, web 2.0, etc…but you have to put in the time and effort and wait for Google to slowly become more fond of your site (or sales page, blog, squeeze, etc) and move you up the SERPS. Quite frankly, this is a total bummer and the waiting game is not very fun at all.
I mean, the best thing to gain momentum with your online biz is to see some instantaneous progress. And by progress, I mean cash.
There’s nothing more rewarding than logging into you Amazon account and seeing that you made a couple hundred bucks last night while you were sound asleep! This gives you an instant bolt of energy and motivates you to keep on truckin’ and getting even more done on the daily. Things pretty much snowball from there…
The problem is that about 75 percent of those giving the whole online marketing thing a try never experience this. They fail to get one stinking sale! In the end, they become totally frustrated and give up. Or, worse yet…they continue to waste time and money on pipe dream strategies that fail to put money into their account!
The key to knocking it out of the park and making immediate money online (or MORE money online) is to be able to send highly-targeted, guaranteed website traffic. After all, you can’t get sales (or “a sale”) without traffic…and more specifically, without super targeted traffic.
Remember, not all traffic is created equal. Herds of fifty year old ladies visiting a website about how to get more Blog followers is probably not going to produce many sales, despite the ridiculous surge in traffic…am I right?
You need a substantial increase in visitors…that are more highly-targeted and perfect for whatever products, services, goods or affiliate items you’re trying to sell.
I strongly recommend you to invest a little more time with market research – really figure out your exact individual that you’re trying to sell to. How old is he? What’s his name? What are his hobbies? What kinds of clothes does he wear? How is he emotionally connected to what you’re promoting? What’s the name of his dog (just seeing if you’re still with me)?
The more you know about your ideal customer, the easier it is to figure out where this guy/gal is online, what precisely they’re looking for and how to position what you have so that buying is automatic.
Don’t forget that step one is knowing WHO you want coming to your site and then step two is going out and finding that targeted traffic and bringing them back to your sales pages.
Now, step one is obvious, yet almost nobody seems to take the time to think about this. Hey, I was guilty of this too…I’d be all over Facebook and Twitter trying to get EVERYONE to go back to my blog…
Then, I finally learned that if you’re marketing to everyone, you’re marketing to no one! You’ve got to niche-down and get real specific so you can connect with your viewers.
